Nick, the oldest son in the Thompson family, plays a big role in the day-to-day business as the Operations Manager for Thompson Construction, Inc. After serving in the military, Nick earned a degree in accounting from Sonoma State University. After working as an accountant for several years, Nick eventually realized office life wasn’t for him. Nick decided to join the family business and gained valuable expertise in home remodeling while working on gut-renovation projects. At the same time, Nick has been instrumental in introducing new technology to help the family business run more efficiently.
