Working with his three sons, company founder, and president Dennis Thompson brings quality home construction to Sonoma County clients. A native of Sonoma County, Dennis has worked in construction for nearly 45 years and founded Thompson Construction, Inc. in 1985. As much as Dennis loved his work as a contractor, he never pressured his three sons to go into the family business. Nonetheless, they did.
The next generation: Nick, Kyle, and Chris
Nick, Kyle, and Chris each had to prove he was willing and able to meet the high standards of the family business. As the younger Thompsons have adopted more responsibilities, Dennis increasingly turns to his sons for a fresh perspective on solving problems. Perhaps the most amazing thing of all about this close-knit family is that they swear they never fight!
