He appears to be quite honest, and he was willing to take on some small, odd work that we had to do. I appreciated that, because sometimes the contractors will blow you off when you have that kind of work. The fact that he answered the call promptly and came over, we needed to get something done quickly, and he managed to squeeze it in between other work and still get it done. The guys he had doing the work were quite competent.
Honesty, integrity, and there are no surprises. Everything happens the way it's supposed to happen. I think that's a great value. Their honesty and all is perfect
They're on time and very, very neat. He did it in the time that he said, he followed through, and he was very personable. When it comes to contractors, I have to say that he's perfect.
I would tell them that they are very thorough and they stick to their plans. If any issues arise, they bring it to my attention and they took care of it and it didn't cost me any extra money and they cleaned up and they were polite and they were on time and they were good very good. They were honest.

Answered the phone every time I called and were always on time for meetings or scheduled events. They were honest and hardworking. Thompson Construction did an outstanding job on our Trex deck and the surrounding concrete planters. They are a family owned local company and it really shows in how much pride they take in their work. The team was incredibly experienced organized and on top of every detail from start to finish. We got multiple quotes and while their pricing was very reasonable compared to others they were by far the most professional and detail oriented. The quality of the craftsmanship exceeded expectations and the project ran smoothly with great communication throughout. Thompson construction is a true family business and they are great! They are very professional, careful about your home and your belongings and just nice to be around. They lay out a job with detailed pricing before they start and exactly when you will be expected to make payments. There are no surprises. I will definitely hire them again if I have job to do.
